Shipping policy

Standard UK Mainland: We offer a standard (2-4 working days from date of dispatch) delivery service for all UK mainland deliveries. The cost for this is £4.99. All orders above £99.99 qualify for free shipping, which is automatically applied at checkout. 

We handmake your purchases to order, please allow for 5 working days before dispatch. If after 5 working days you have not received a shipping confirmation email please contact us.

UK deliveries are via Royal Mail, Evri, or DPD and may require a signature. Please allow 3 to 5 days from dispatch for all UK Mainland orders. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or text. Please follow the tracking for updates to ensure you are home to take delivery of your parcel. 

We endeavour to handmake your order as soon as we can, but we may need longer to make orders during busy periods e.g. Christmas. We do hold small amounts of stock on some items, so if you need your order urgently we may be able to offer an upgraded delivery service for speedy shipping depending on the product - please call our customer service team to enquire.

Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands and Northern Ireland may take a little longer, and shipping is calculated at checkout.

Delivery Restrictions

  • We are currently unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
  • We are currently unable to deliver to US Armed Forces posted overseas.
  • Parcel tracking information will be sent via email once we have dispatched your order. 
  • If you are not home to receive an order delivered by courier, it may be left with a neighbour or held at your local delivery office. A card will be left to let you know that a delivery attempt has been made. 
  • A signature may be required upon receipt of your order. 

Making Changes To Your Order

  • We can change the delivery address for an order on your behalf, providing the order has not been dispatched. Please contact us if you wish to amend the delivery address for your order.
  • We are unable to cancel an order once it has been dispatched, however, if you change your mind you can send it back to us within the 30 working days return period. The cost of the unwanted/cancelled order is the responsibility of the customer, it must arrive in a resalable condition otherwise a refund cannot be issued.
  • Personalised items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are received damaged.
